Can yous give me an update of when you expect this release appointment ? as i take been reading other questions from other lumia 1320 owners and there were replies saying that the reason for the update not been available for the lumia 1320 was because the phones hardware would not be powerful enough to run windows 10, which i can't find to be true i say this because i did download the insider preview app and it worked fine , why can't the update be released to all phones at the aforementioned time ?

I remember Microsoft have completely messed upwards this upgrade and availability since day ane. People have gone out and bought handsets thinking they would exist able to upgrade to Win x . How does MS recollect it is going to stay ahead of the game with this poor service. No wonder people are moving over to Android devices . Very poor customer support, imagine Iphone users being treated similar this.
